The black ball temperature sensor developed and produced by our company uses a temperature sensing element, and can obtain the standard black ball temperature value with a black ball. The thin-walled black ball with customizable size is processed with a metal sphere , combined with an industrial-grade matte black body coating with high radiation heat absorption rate, which can have a good absorption and heat conduction effect on light and thermal radiation. The dry-bulb and wet-bulb temperature refers to the air temperature when the water vapor in the air reaches saturation under the same enthalpy value air state. It can be equipped with an intelligent data acquisition instrument to process the sensor signal, automatically perform numerical calculations through linear relationships, and obtain the corresponding wet-bulb temperature value, dry-bulb temperature value, atmospheric humidity value and dew point temperature value. The sensor uses intelligent single-chip processing technology, and can be equipped with RS485 digital signal output, DC wide working voltage, standard MODBUS communication protocol, and a wide range of applications. The sensor can be fixed on a wall, bracket or equipment box for easy observation .
